General Information:
Golf Stats are a vital part of any golfers concerning areas of improvement and consistency. It is extremely important to keep proper records to see what area may be a weakness as well as a strength.
Areas of Stats:
Fairways-This is an area of how many fairways a player is hitting during a round. During a nine hole round a golf, the player will have 7 chances of hitting the fairway. During an 18 hole round of golf the number is usually 14.
Greens-In-Regulations-This area is when a green is being hit from the fairway after a drive on a par 4 or after the second shot on a par 5. It is the tee shot on par 3's.
Up & Downs-When a player misses a green in regulation an opportunity for getting the ball up & down or one shot (chip, lob or pitch) accompained by one putt.
Putts-The putts are from any where on the green, not the fringe. An average putt-per-hole stat will be available as well.
Par 3 Scores-This area is what the player averages on all par 3's during the stipulated round.
Par 4 Scores-This area is what the player averages on all par 4's during the stipulated round.
Par 5 Scores- This area is what the player averages on all par 5's during the stipulated round.
The average scores of 9 hole and 18 hole rounds will be available with a continuation of the duration of the golf stat subscription. The tournament rounds will and can also be incorporated, not only high school matches or high school events.
